The Medicine, Health, and Aging Project
The Medicine, Health, and Aging Project (MHA) is an interdisciplinary research team focusing on the utilization and expenditures for medications by older adults, the identification of factors associated with use and misuse of prescription drugs, the adverse effects of misprescribing, the development and evaluation of interventions to reduce risk for adverse effects of prescription drugs, and the analyses of the efficacy of drug therapy on the health and quality of life of the elderly.
