Facilities
The Family and Child Health Laboratory is located in the Florence
Benedict House on the East end of campus, and consists of the
following:
- an ocean-themed observation room with a 2-way mirror
- a kitchen with research-grade appliances and food prep areas
- data collection/office space with 5 workstations and ample meeting space.
We also collect data at the Penn State General Clinical
Research Center
located on the West end of campus. The GCRC’s
facilities
include state-of-the-art clinical equipment, hospital rooms and a
metabolic kitchen that allow us to make clinical and dietary
assessments in a controlled environment.
